My client are a leading international company with a number of well-known fashion brands operating under their umbrella. Their Hong Kong operation are looking to hire an in house interior designer to their team.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager to manage the retail shop fitting-out projects and maintenance
• To handle project documentation, drawings, schedules and tendering
• To liaise with internal departments, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects
• To monitor on-site progress and quality control

Key Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' related experience in the retail industry
• Able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and hand drawing is a definite advantage

The candidate must have:

• Solid retail fit out experience
• Store planning and or creative experience would be a plus
• Good Communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent administration and organization skills
• A confident demeanor and a good communication skills

The successful candidate will be supporting projects in HK, Macau and Taiwan

They currently have 80 retail sites in the region across 4 brands. They are seeking an ambitious candidate who is looking to develop their career working client side.

Remuneration would be $18-25k based on experience plus bonus
