Job Description
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support to customers over the phone or customers site;
- To provide installation, preventive maintenance, repair service for customers;
- To support sales team in technical aspect of products;
- Follow up the service issue with overseas vendor over the phone or email;
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering;
- Working Experience in engineering field is an advantage;
- Good interpersonal skill with good manner;
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Good computer knowledge
- Team work spirit
