Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Guest Services Officers to provide high quality customer services to passengers.
- Maintain smooth operations by ensuring all operational and safety procedures, company policies, code of conduct and grooming standard are adhered.
- Monitor all day-to-day operations including resources management, service administration, job allocation and staff performance.
- Answer customer enquiries by phone or e-mail with an empathetic, caring and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in customer service environment.
- sure in the aviation industry is an advantage.
- Good communication, supervision and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Cantonese, Good English and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Flexible and willing to work on shift.
