Job Description

To cope with the expansion of the company, we are looking for energetic team players and service enthusiasts to join our Hong Kong team.
Job Description:
- To handle customer inquiries and service request through emails and phone calls.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents, transfer to relevant departments.
- To liaise with various departments on case investigations and follow up actions
- Other ad-hoc project will be assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Fresh graduated will be considered
