Duties

• To responsible in dealing with the Business Partners (mainly Travel Agents and suppliers);
• To handle incoming enquiries from Business Partners;
• To build up and maintain good networking with Travel Agents;
• Contact local and overseas suppliers, car rental, hotels, JR pass Reservation etc;
• To provide back-end support to the B to B section.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Travel & Tourism Studies;
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in travel industry;
• Familiar with MS Office application, e.g. MS Excel, Word;
• Speaking in English is a must, proficient in Japanese would be advantage;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with a pleasant personality;
• Proactive and good networking with Travel Agents;
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
