We are hiring for the following position for two new restaurants in Central, as well as exciting new upcoming projects:

Responsibilities / Requirements:

3-5 years’ relevant experience in similar level

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of western cuisine

Maintain a smooth running of the Bar/Terrace operations

Achieve monthly sales target

Ensure high quality standard of food/Beverage and service

Monitor the hygiene and work safety of the Bar/Terrace

Train and develop employees

Self-motivation, punctual with good team spirits and ability to learn

Good communication skill and be able to communicate effectively with team members

Team player with positive attitude

Fluent English communication required
