Duties

• Lead the Systems Analyst and Analyst Programmer to develop and maintain the AAT’s web application including internal and external web sites and conduct different tasks within Software Development Lifecycle
• Prepare work-plan, organize tasks for the team and be responsible for quality control of the system
• Liaise with vendors on requirement and implementation of CMS, SCS and other systems
• Understand user requirement and perform system study of CMS, SCS and other systems
• Perform database/file maintenance of CMS, SCS and other systems
• Understand user requirements and perform system study of other computer systems in AAT
• Evaluate, install, test, implement and maintain the software application and subsequent upgrades/fixes
• Trouble-shoot application problems and if necessary, liaise with vendors to resolve problems
• Maintain system and program documentation 

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification in IT or related fields with minimum 5 years' of experience in project team, with good understanding of various activities during project lifecycles
• Certificate holder of PMP is preferred
• Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence tools
• Previous experience in logistics industry and working with outsourcing vendor will be of added advantage
• Knowledge and experience in J2EE based architecture, UML, OO Design, XML, RDBMS, open source and web-based technologies (e.g. hiberate and struts)
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
