Responsibilities:

• Provide first-tier support for customer enquiries.
• Participate in ecommerce application enhancement and development.
• Work closely with internal technical team.
• Participate in quality and user acceptance testing.
• Provide report and documentation for the business solution.
• Maintain good relationships with overseas clients through different channels such as hotline, email, system live chat, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Presentable, motivated and with good communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
