Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist MIS team to support business operations.
Perform administration, maintaining and troubleshooting on Email service, Desktop / Server, Active Directory, network, websites etc.
Provide support to internal users on various IT systems.
Responsible for hardware and software system maintenance, disaster recovery planning and inventory management.
Prepare documents for IT audit.
Install, configure and maintain ongoing usability of desktop hardware / software / image, mobile devices, multifunction printing devices and other related peripherals
Requirements
Knowledge in desktop equipment and application support with experience in Windows upgrade.
Good knowledge in Microsoft products(Windows Server / Windows / Outlook / Word / Excel), networking.
