Responsibilities:

• Handle post-execution trade and settlement activities for HK, Asian and Global Markets.  Tasks include trade and settlement processing, exception management, interact with internal business partners and externally with clients / custodians for trade / settlement related matters;
• Take part in analysis, execution and implementation of initiatives in relation to new business / market / regulatory changes;
• Assist the Manager to formulate, review and refine the operation procedures & work flow in response business / market / regulatory changes;
• Take part in firm-wide initiatives as assigned by the Manager / Team Head;
• Design system and non-system solutions to achieve project objective;
• Coordinate the preparation, execution and sign off of UAT;
• Track and follow up production issues;
• Identify and drive for the implementation of process improvement initiatives;
• Support the department for producing Management / MIS Reports

Requirements:

• University graduate of relevant subjects
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
• Familiar with investment banking environment
• Experience with settlement / clearing systems e.g. CCASS / Clearstreawm / CMU is preferred
• Experience in managing ad hoc assignments / projects with limited supervision
• Hands-on business analysis and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including conversational level in Putonghua)
• Strong in Microsoft excel, word and power point (bilingual in English and Chinese)
• Flexible and willing to work overtime
