Reporting to Business / Sales Heads, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and managing sales activities of the team by leveraging our broad range of products and services (including securities, bullion and commodities, bonds, mutual funds, unit-linked products etc.) to provide one-stop solutions for clients. In addition, you will need to formulate client acquisition tactics and direct sales force to expand client base through prospecting and increasing clients’ portfolio by cross-selling to achieve desired plans and objectives. On top of sales leadership responsibilities, you will generate business for your own accounts. 

Requirements:

• Experienced sales team leader in financial institutions with experience of leading frontline sales in a Wealth Management environment
• Tertiary or university-level education in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
• SFC or HKMA license is a must
• Strong leadership, proactive and results driven
• Good level of verbal English and Chinese, with Putonghua an advantage
