As a member of the Business Lab, your major role is to support the company for improving its business efficiency and exploring business development opportunities. You will be working closely with different operation teams for delivering business solutions in relation to new technologies, market requirements and operation procedures. You are required to conduct projects in different areas and prepare researches, feasibility studies and documentations with high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing work plans in relation to new business, procedures standardization and efficiency improvements;
• Keep abreast of latest market information, regulatory requirements, new technologies, processes, and analytical methodology;
• Cooperate with internal divisions to carry out projects systematically to ensure success criteria and timelines are met;
• Support and conduct researches in feasibility study and solution sourcing and report to senior and management;
• Create documentations for business enhancements and standardizations;
• Provides training that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives to designated members of the company;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.

• Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines;
• At least 1-2 years’ relevant work experience;
• Experiences in corporate finance, due diligence or KYC sector will be an advantage;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Immediate available is preferred
