Job and Tasks

• Data Entry, preparing sales invoice and payable vouchers
• Bank Reconciliation and Month/Year End closing
• Maintain up to date data in accounting system and filing records
• Assisting in conducting stock taking and assets checking
• Assist in other clerical works and ad-hoc assignment from financial controller

Requirement

• Higher Diploma in accounting, finance or related disciplines or above
• Well organized, self motivated and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Minimum 2 years working experience in same position
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Flex system would be a plus
• Audit experience would be an advantage
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
• Fresh Graduate on accounting studies is also be considered
