Job Responsibilities

• Negotiate with major insurances companies or brokers in Hong Kong and Taiwan to provide all necessary pre and pro-sale services to our customers.
• Maintain close relationship with local insurance brokers.
• Handle enquiries regarding policy administration from clients, intermediaries, reinsurers, and inter-departments.
• Need to deal with Hong Kong & Taiwan insurances compliance requirements.
• Exercise effective credit control on premium collection and account reconciliation.
• Conduct quality assurance to check the accuracy of underwriting information to ensure that the risk is contract certain. 

Job Requirements

• Candidates with Degree holder of above and 5 years related experience.
• Professional insurance qualification or having passed IIQE Paper I & III, is MUST.
• Aggressive, proactive at work & result-oriented.
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy & MS office.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin. Mandarin Fukien Dialect is MUST.
• Able to adapt to changes and challenges.
• Willing working outside and oversea regularly.
• Work independently and able to work ahead of deadline.
