Job Description
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
- Perform Business Analysis and requirements gathering/process design
- Be the primary owner of creating, maintaining and facilitating sign-off for business requirements
- Work closely with Hong Kong business to prioritize requirements, then represent the HK business as a product owner to optimize business value
- Perform impact analysis on change requests and support Steering Committee decision making process
- Work closely with delivery partners to review technical specifications with detailed business rules, fields and validation rules
Project Management
- Support daily stand-up and follow-up discussions to move the program forward
- Track status on day-to-day basis to ensure requirements are delivered within desired timeframe
Overall Strategy Support
- Support strategy and business case tasks as requested
Key Skills and Qualification
- University graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in one of consulting, business analysis and/or user acceptance testing
- At least 1 year of experience in acting as business analyst to collect requirements
- Knowledge of digital channels, integration with legacy systems
- Some knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Experience with strategy, project management and or insurance industry would be a plus, but not mandatory
