We are looking for a capable Engineering Manager to manage a team of dynamic engineers and complex product projects. You will oversee all key technical activities as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems. The successful candidate will have the key skills to deliver efficient engineering practices and processes that helps maximize safety, quality and productivity. 

Responsibilities:

• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. 
• Lead and manage the engineering teams in research, design, testing and trouble-shooting for all projects. 
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Direct, review, and approve product design and changes. Set and review manufacturing procedures (SOP) to ensure production quality and efficiency
• Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department, service, laboratory or firm.
• Review product quality and technical procedures for ensuring product specifications are met with international safety & environmental standards 

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Familiarize with different testing/quality standards e.g. CE, UL, ROHS, REACH, ISO90001, ISO14001 etc.
• 8 yrs+ related working experience in manufacturing field, with at least 3 yrs in managerial level 
• Willing to base in China
• Good leadership and communication skills; proactive, team spirit and outstanding problem shooting skills.
• Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, English & Chinese.
