Business Administration Manager

Job Description

  • Perform full spectrum of sales administration control & operation support;
  • Strengthen the effectiveness of sales policies, procedures and guidelines;. 
  • Provide analysis report on sales figures & customers' performance;
  • Handle customers' complaints & legal cases;
  • Evaluate the customers' tendering terms & conditions and negotiations;
  • Sales price monitoring;
  • Assist any ad hoc projects as required.

     


Job Requirements

  • University graduate of LLB, BEng, Business Administration or related disciplines or above;
  • At least 5 years' solid experience in handling business contracts & legal functions in construction / engineering / public utilities;
  • Good negotiation & interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-minded, patient & able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent of both written & spoken English & Chinese & fluent in Putonghua;
  • Proficient in MS office
