Job Description
Authority & Responsibility:
- Assist Sr Manager/Manager to handle daily accounting and secretarial operation.
- Handle billing, invoicing, payment, book keeping and perform anti-bribery memorandum audit.
- Perform and maintain accurate filing and documentation.
- Handle office administration, coordinate and provide support to different units.
- Accomplish the assignment given by management.
Academic Qualification:
(1) Higher Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years' working experience with in accounting is preferred.
2. Proficiency in accounting system MYOB is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PC operations including MS office.
- Positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility, detail minded and hardworking.
- Ability to handle multi-task and handle various requests with deadlines and priorities.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant.
