Internal Audit Manager – Big Four Welcome – HKD40-50K - Hong Kong – Permanent
Hong Kong – Permanent
Our Client, a listed retail company is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Report to the CEO.
- Design and implement the audit plan for the Group
- Responsible for the internal audit and internal controls, risk management practices and operation efficiency
- Work closely with management in assessing and monitoring compliance with policies and procedures
- Perform investigations and review where necessary
- Facilitate communications between key stakeholders in the business on related IA issues
- Co-ordinate with external auditor
- Conduct audit and follow-up reviews
- Occasional business travel
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- CPA qualified or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years audit experience gained from Big 4, and 2 years internal audit experience will be an advantage
- Background experience in Garment/Retail/Commercial will be an advantage
- Cantonese, Mandarin and English written and spoken – essential for communication
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and detailed minded
- Knowledge in rules and regulations of listed companies in Hong Kong and COSO model will be an advantage but not essential
