Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe working environment and fostering safe work practices                       
• Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all production area 
• Establish weekly performance report                         
• Control line and labor efficiency
• Ensure the quality and quantity of product produced to meet sales requirement
• Conduct line inspection to ensure the procedures are properly executed and evaluate the feasibility for enhancement
• Recommend processing improvements (C.I.)

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Food Science/Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering
• 1year or above working experience preferred
• Self-motivated
• Ability to transfer technical knowledge to shop floor people
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in Planning and Organization skill
• Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English
• Knowledge in MS office 
• Candidate without experience will be considered as Production Assistant
