• University/ college graduated, degree in Electronics Engineering
• Excellent command in spoken and written English ( MUST), Cantonese and Mandarin
• Management & Leadership experience capability at least more than 10 persons team
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Car Entertainment/ Information/ Telematics product
• At least continuous 5 years above in Car Audio ( OE, DOP and After Market), Consumer electronic products/ projects management, PMP certification is a plus
• Experienced & familiar with TS16949 operation and process for Automotive industries manufacturing operation system
• Good communication & coordination skills between overseas ODM customers with factory engineering and operations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Frequent traveling to Dongguan factory and oversea travelling acceptable
