The jobholder is responsible for the setup of standard / product quality requirement and test plan of finished products according to Swarovski requirements and the CLEAR compliance.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Define and execute the proper tests and quality requirements of a new product or new product family at development stage
• Support pre-production audit at production and confirm both manufacturing processes and products quality fulfil all defined quality and compliance requirements
• Support handover from product development to production phase
• Work closely with product development, quality assurance, quality engineering and quality control teams on quality issues
• Handle supplier quality complaints and support Manager in assigned continuous improvement projects

WHAT WE EXPECT

•  Vocational training or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Working experience in fashion accessories / jewelry is preferred
• Knowledge in quality management systems
• Strong computer skills with all standard software
• Excellent communication skill for both written and spoken English
• Proactive, mature, independent and with good interpersonal skills
