Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and procurement
• Manage entire procurement process from request for quotations, negotiations, bulk order management to shipment and logistics
• Manage supplier relationships
• Work with supplier and manufacturing plant in Mainland China.
• Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs, requirements and overall market trends
• Conduct research and analysis on suppliers and industry/market trends
• Consolidate and present products update to sales and marketing team
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years sourcing experience or merchandising experience with buying office.
• Good negotiation skills
• Knowledge with procurement schedule planning
• Fluent in conversation and comprehension of English and Mandarin Chinese is a MUST; Japanese a plus.
• Self-initiated, good team player
• Good organization skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willing to travel to China (occasionally)
