Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the product developments. Take development process from concept design to mass production, and ensure all deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Proactively present new products and new concepts. Work within the team to develop and define roadmap of new products.
• To ensure that products comply with necessary regulations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents in related area.
• Support for technical inquiry from customers.
• Identify new suppliers, materials and products to support the business objectives and growth.
• Manage and build long term working relationships with suppliers and related parties.
• Monitor supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• To support other functional teams in assigned projects to in line with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or above in Electronic Engineering or any related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years' of experience in audio products especially in Hi-Res music player and amplifier.
• Proactive, self-disciplined and able to co-operate with others in team work to achieve objectives
• Capable to manage ad-hoc project within the tight schedule
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Willing to travel in China
