Responsibilities

• Lead team to provide solution and cost calculation according to customer enquiry with right design and efficiency 
• New product, process, technology, equipment development and qualification to match business expansion request
• Experience & knowledge in product engineering and industrial engineering
• Project handling and control in order
• Supervise and coach the design / artwork team as well as the sample room
• Responsible for graphics design, photo-retouching for printing and sample making, includes design package structure, packaging artworks, and marketing materials
• Communicate with both the internal team and client to build high quality packaging artworks based on brand guidelines, and solve any production or print-related issues for the factory
• Understand printing processes, good knowledge on various materials processed used in mass production

Requirements

• F.5 with professional training in graphic design
• Minimum 5 years experience & knowledge in packaging engineering, cost calculation, sample production
• Substantial knowledge on packaging structure, output and print production
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc
• Knowledge in printing and paper product design field: die-line drawing of product construction to produce die-cut mould is essential; produce paper product dummy sample, draw sketches is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, communication and analytically skill. 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Station in China is required
• Immediate available is preferably
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineering Supervisor
