Responsibilities

• To source reliable and quality vendors for the group;
• Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers;
• Generate monthly reports for management;
• Respond to supplier inquires about order status;
• Filings, and other duties as assigned by seniors;
• Outdoor works required

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE certificate or above;
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin;
• Proficient MS software knowledge, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing;
• Fast and accurate English and Chinese Typing is essential;
• Out-going, open-minded, and a good team player;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
