Job Duties:

• Manage orders processing from product development to production
• Follow up production closely with co-operation of production team, in order to make sure the quality and on-time delivery of every shipment
• Data analysis: collect sales data and consolidate to sales report
• Handle customer orders and data input into system
• General Sales order process incl. prepare Invoices & quotations
• Update the order status in the system and maintain the database
• To provide sales administration support to Sales Team

Requirement

• F.6 or above with1-2 year experience at manufacturing field
• Fluency in spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Porficient in operating MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Immediately available is preferred
