Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality management system.
• Establish food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard.
• Handle ISO, HACCP or third party audit
• Handle customer complaint, conduct investigation and prepare report
• Provide food safety and hygiene training to staffs
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Food science or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience in food industry;
• Knowledge in ISO22000 / HACCP/GMP system;
• Well-organized with good analytical skill;
• Self-motivated, independent and with good communication skill, and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese
• Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
