Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing product ideas, design and develop new product/ product range and ensure the efficient and profitable management of product development process
• Manage the product development process for new lines starting from sample to specification sign off
• Perform market research and analysis with the objectives of identifying business opportunities and maximizing sales potential
• Monitor the compliance with regulatory standards on food legislation and labeling of different countries
• Extend product lines by introducing new flavour, textures, product shapes or packaging format
• Manage the preparation of technical specification
• Work closely with internal and external parties in relation to product development, production, marketing and promotional strategies
• Handle ad hoc project and task as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science or related disciplines
• 5 years or above food manufacturing experience at supervisory level
• Familiar with the food regulatory standards
• Familiar with ISO90001, 20000, HACCP, GMP
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
