Education

• College degree, major in business and/ or EE engineering, MBA preferable
  
  

Experience & Capability

• 8 years above fully sales marketing skill and teams management in Electronics manufacturer
• 5 years above leading management for at least 20 persons teams entitled manager level
• 5 years above practical experience in home audio, car audio and/ or other electronics products
• 5 years above independent and direct communication with oversea ODM/ OEM customers & field visit
• 5 years above sales orders/ forecast planning and budgeting making and controlling
• Excellent EQ and personality to deal with people, good skill to manage pressure and tension.
  
  

Languages

• Fluently in verbal and written communication in English, Chinese and Cantonese is a must, Japanese will be preferable .
  
  

Travel requirements:

• Stay in China factory and from time to time may need to travel abroad depending on exigencies of the situation.
