Responsibilities  :

• Manage inventory system with current product pricing & specifications ;
• Organize supplier catalogues for developing sales kits, marketing and presentation materials ;
• Manage the company’s website content with latest product information, events and promotional activities ;
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

 Requirements :

• Strong organizational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and good numerical skills ;
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese ;
• Competent in MS Office applications and ERP system ;
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Program ;
• Immediate available is preferable.
