Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle general customer inquiries and complaints
- Input VIP data into the system
- Prepare VIP campaigns
Requirements
- Form 7 or above
- At least 1 year relevant working experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
- Computer literacy; proficiency in Chinese Word Processing and MS office applications, especially in MS Word and Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
- With eCommerce experience would be definitely advantage
