Responsibilities

• Handle general customer inquiries and complaints
• Input VIP data into the system
• Prepare VIP campaigns

Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
• Computer literacy; proficiency in Chinese Word Processing and MS office applications, especially in MS Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
• With eCommerce experience would be definitely advantage
