Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the loyalty programme’s accrual operations
• Handle multiple loyalty partners and maintain constant dialogue and relationship with programme partners
• Proactively manage client relationship and overall account deliverables
• Lead and drive a small team and ensure projects are delivered with high quality and timeliness. Provide mentorship and coaching for subordinates.
• Actively take part in internal team management and work closely with peer level managers on ideas exchange and generation. Be part of internal leadership.
• Conduct research and analysis, provide market/industry insight on an on-going basis
• Handle ad-hoc projects as and when required by the company

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business or Marketing relating disciplines
• Minimum 4 to 8 years working experience in the field of project management /content management.
• Experience in managing a team of partner and client relationship managers/operations staff
• Experience from Retail / F&B / FMCG/ Finance is a definite plus.
• Experience in agency account management will be an added advantage
• Excellent project management skills, negotiation skills and detail oriented
• Ability to perform multi-task and meet tight deadline is a must
• Energetic, self-motivated and persistent in achieving results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Good command of MS Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
