Job Responsibilities:

• Support planning, budgeting, and implementation for any internal and external marketing and communication projects
• Prepare and manage marketing collaterals, company premiums and corporate stationery
• Perform consolidating and editing functions for the company’s magazine
• Maintain updated communication channels including corporate websites, videos, and the media
• Monitor market and industry news
• Coordinate marketing efforts with regional teams
• Communicate with external vendors or suppliers
• Monitor corporate branding applications across regions
• Explore new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or communication channels

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in marketing, communication or related discipline
• 2-3 years' solid experience in marketing, advertising or public relations
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications, basic knowledge in Photoshop or AI
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and detail-minded; able to work under pressure and according to schedules
• Occasional travel and overtime work might be required
