Responsibilities:
-Prepare, edit and proof read corporate promotional materials such as pamphlets, newsletters, annual reports
-Liaise with printers and designers and arrange effective distribution of promotional materials
-Manage and develop online and social media such as websites/ Facebook
-Assist in the implementation of the corporate communications and marketing programmes
-Prepare division’s guidelines, procedures and forms
-Ensure the organization’s compliance with ordinance related to marketing issues
-Conduct market and customer researches for corporate development

Requirements:
-Degree holder with at least 3 years marketing/ corporate communication/ copywriting experiences preferably in health care/ medical insurance industry
-Grade C or above in English/ Chinese Languages in HKALD/ HKDSE with excellent writing skills
-Matured, easy going and good communication and presentation skills
-Able to work independently, overtime and under pressure
-Committed and willing to work for a not-for-profit organization
-Fully conversant with MS office and Internet marketing/ digital marketing/ social media
-Immediate available is highly preferable
