Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver and execute a sound customer acquisition marketing strategy that supports JETCO business goals and monitor and report on effectiveness;
  2. Partner with JETCO member banks, merchants, channel partners to translate business objectives into marketing strategies and implementation plans for user and transaction growth;
  3. Identify external resources such as PR agencies, creative agencies, industry associations and merchants to develop co-marketing campaigns for acquisition and usage leverage primarily through direct marketing and social media;
  4. Analyze and report on campaign results, conversion rates, and other KPIs. Monitor and report on trends, industry needs, new business opportunities, customer preferences, industry brand awareness, product/service development opportunities and activities;
  5. Leverage external agencies, social networks and wider departmental teams to generate new and creative marketing ideas;
  6. Manage and report on the Key Performance Indicators such as MAU, transactions volume growth, transactions per merchant, etc on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
  7. Engage with target audience and manage strategies and implementation of various digital and social media platforms (SEM, content marketing, Youtube, etc);
  8. Manage content across various digital and social platforms;
  9. Implement JETCO's brand strategy to develop thought leadership in payments related topics through persuasive storytelling and targeted messaging with digital channels; and
  10. Operate the online media monitoring service to deliver daily news about JETCO, competition, banks and industry.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Possesses a bachelor degree in relevant discipline with at least 8 years relevant experience;
  2. Knowledgeable on acquisition best practices, technologies, and trends with exposures in loyalty, membership and community building;
  3. Experienced data-driven marketing manager capable of developing and executing performance-based marketing programs to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals;
  4. Hands on experiences on key marketing platforms such as Google Adwords, Facebook (including Facebook targeting, Custom Audiences ) , Youtube, Twitter, Line and track performances using Google Analytics;
  5. Flexible, strong manager that can think creatively, strategically and quickly and thrive in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, high-energy, rapidly changing environment;
  6. Exceptional analytical skills, specifically ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver actionable business insights;
  7. Familiar with marketing technology such as marketing automation, email marketing platform and setting up marketing operations /processes;
  8. Calm and collected demeanour, able to communicate effectively with email, phone and verbal discussions to multiple stakeholders;
  9. Experiences with membership and loyalty programs are preferred; and
  10. Computer Proficiency (Strong Word, Excel and Power Point skills a must; Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred).
