Our Client, a government department, is seeking for Contract Publicity Executive (12 months).

 Responsibilities

• To render expertise and provide professional advice and support on publicity and marketing matter in relation to prevention.
• To commission and oversee large scale publicity campaigns and execution of publicity items, to provide input for preparing and issuing quotation documents of outsourcing services, and to actively steer the delivery of service by the contracts.
• To be responsible for logistical arrangements involving publicity events and activities, as well as event management after office hours and on weekends.
• To handle publicity work, including drafting of press releases, captions or publicity materials as directed in relation to special projects being undertaken and managed.
• To handle basic financial matters, such as preparation of budget for publicity campaigns, the settlement of invoices and the compilation of expenditure reports.
• To undertake any other publicity/public relations/event management/translation/ ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• A degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent plus at least ten (10) years' publicity / public relations / event management / translation or other relevant experience; OR
• A diploma from a registered post-secondary college after the date of its registration plus at least eighteen (18) years' publicity / public relations / event management / translation or other relevant experience;
• A good command of English and Chinese
• Good communication skills
