Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in sales & leasing related assignments & deal with policy related matters;
• Handle related documents and prepare various reports;
• Work with various sales and leasing teams (both HK & PRC) in solving daily leasing issues;
• Provide support to leasing team and coordinate with the project teams and contractors on the fitting-out works;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales / leasing industry is preferred;
• Knowledge or experience in data management is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word & Excel & Power Point) and Outlook ;
• Strong communication skills, independent, self-motivated, detail- minded, hardworking & able to work under pressure.
