．Responsible for project management includes programming, cost & quality control, site management and contract documentation

．Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

．Ability to work independently and keep good reporting and documentation work

．Strong problem solving & analytical ability

．Must be organized, committed, self-motivated and hard working with good attitude and team spirit

．Immediate availability is preferable


Requirements:

． Hight Diploma or above in Building / Engineering

． Working experience in equivalent

． Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

．Proficient in MS Project

． Confidence to liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and Contractors
