Leading Architectural Consultancy firm in West Kowloon is inviting seasoned candidates to fill the following career opportunities for a Term Consultancy for Emergency Repairs, Major Repairs and Minor Building Works to Aided Schools in Hong Kong.

Resident Clerk of Works (RCOW) / T3 Technically Competent Person (T3 TCP)

• Diploma or High Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic/ Hong Kong Polytechnic University/ Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent, OR,
• Final Part I Examination of the Institute of Clerk of Works of Great Britain, OR
• Associate Examination of Chartered Institute of Building.

• 6 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
• T3 Technical Competent Person shall have the minimum qualifications and experience prescribed in Technical Memorandum for Supervision Plans 2005.
• In possession of a valid, full Driving Licence for private car in Hong Kong. 
  

Applicants must meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.            

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
