Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project management & implementation, coordination, site meeting & handle project related contractual matters. 

Requirements:

• Degree/High Diploma in Building Studies or other construction related subject.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Construction/Maintenance/Fitting-out/A & A works/Contractor Field
• Strong Technical background and site experience of residential and hotels fitting-out projects is an advantage
• Strong management, communication and problem solving skills
• Good commend of English & Chinese is necessary
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Manager
