Job Description 

The Finance and Administration Manager will lead the functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. The role will be a hands-on manager that will be responsible for developing and growing team members, both professionally and technically.  

Responsibilities 

  • Handle full set of accounts and prepare cashflow, budget and monthly management reports 
  • Liaise with bank, auditor and consultants 
  • Provideadministrative support to the executive and daily operations 
  • Maintain a good filing system and keep proper records of documents in compliance with the local accounting standards, company policies and legal requirements 
  • Ad hoc duties when required 

Required Experience 

  • Degree holder with CPA/ACCA or equivalent  
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in Hong Kong listed company or audit experience in audit firm is a plus 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations  
  • IPO experience is an advantage 
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese 
  • Familiar with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, NetSuite and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility 
  • Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a must 
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
