Job Description
Our client is one of the Domestic Helper Finance Company in Hong Kong with a total of 8 branches located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. To cope with their rapid business development, they invite high caliber professionals to join and be a member of their successful team.
Working hours : 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m / 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. / 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
(5.5 working days per week / Public Holidays)
Salary : 12-13k + allowance (1 - 2 K)
Benefits: 11 days annual leave, medical benefits, allowance, performance bonus ( 1-2 months), MPF
Responsibilities:
- Performing general office and administrative support to smooth office operation
- Routine coordination with the clients
- To input the stock information into system & update the stock records
- All other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Supervisor
- Diploma or above
- 2 years working experience in Customer Services, Administration or Client Servicing
- Experience from Education Center / Retailer / Hotel .. are welcome
- Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
- Detail-minded, organized and a good team player
- Good in English and Cantonese
- Immediate available
