Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Handle incoming customer call
- Handle daily in/outbound operation arrangement
- Handle enquiries from customer or sales team on delivery and other related matters
- Assist sales team on order processing
- Coordinate with factory and warehouse on production scheduling, delivery and relevant issue
- Follow up the status of job order from confirmation to delivery and aftersales
- Other relevant assignment
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 3 years working experience in operations / customer services
- Experience in factory operation is preferred
- Aggressive, flexible, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in conversation, written and comprehension of Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
