Job Description

We are partnered with a digital data technology company specialised in the travel industry looking for an Account Manager to support their continued expansion across APAC. You will work with major brands/advertisers on their performance and brand-based campaigns and influence their online travel-related advertising strategy. 

As an Account Manager, you would:

  • Coordinate with Sales and Ad Operations to address your clients’ needs and ensure their advertising campaigns are successfully launched and managed to meet goals and objectives
  • Lead campaign performance analysis and optimisations/recommendations through reporting/presentations and/or client quarterly business reviews to drive upsells and client renewal/retention
  • Partner with Sales to provide high-quality client servicing centered around flexibility, choice and education using Sojern’s product capabilities
  • Work closely with your internal teams on day-to-day operational processes to ensure larger, high-impact strategic improvements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin is a plus
  • 2-4 years' campaign/account management experience (ad-tech preferably)
  • Programmatic experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and analytical abilities
  • Able to attend client meetings and manage multiple campaigns on any given day with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Strong team-player spirit - ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developed skills using MS Excel and Powerpoint and Google applications
  • Intimate understanding of the online advertising landscape and trends in North Asia
  • Experience with tech/systems such as DoubleClick Bid Manager (or similar Demand-side Platforms), Salesforce and Tableau
