Our client is one of the world leading medical device companies. They are now looking for junior marketing calibre to join their new team.

Responsibilities:

• • Provide comprehensive marketing coordinator support to product manager 
  • Liaise with marketing vendors, order and source marketing means in terms of catalogue, poster, journal, pamphlet, CD/VCD, gimmicks and exhibition tools, etc.
  • Assist product manager to organize local marketing activities and exhibitions with hospitals, allied health/patient groups, public/community etc.
  • Coordinate flight and hotel arrangement for overseas and local conferences including meeting room booking, registration, travel and accommodation, flights of invited guests/ physicians etc, and to maximize cost efficiencies.
  • Assist product manager to contact press/media to promote company brand and products.
  • Prepare marketing materials for product promotion, and to coordinate, format and distribute newsletter and marketing materials, etc.
  • Assist product manager to coordinate internal marketing/ product trainings
  • Assist product managers in performance of other marketing duties such as market research, market data entry etc.

Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor Degree in Science or relevant subjects
• At least 2 year experience in healthcare industry, with sales background is preferred 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player with high degree of integrity and responsibility
• Career-minded, self-initiative and can work under pressure
• Outgoing, hardworking, positive and aggressive working attitude
