Job Descriptions:

• Assist the Building Engineer in operation & maintenance of Fire Services, Building Management Systems and other building services installations.
• Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works.
• Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors.
• Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance & emergency repair.
• Assist the Building Engineer in budget control.
• Compile up-to-date tenancy and operation & maintenance records/drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Fire Services Engineering.
• Holder of Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker an advantage.
• 2 years’ relevant experience in operation, maintenance or installation of Building Services systems particularly Fire Services systems and Building Management System.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with people at all levels.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good PC skills on MS Word and Excel.
