Job Purpose

• Responsible for day-to-day coordination and supervision of external contractors for routine maintenance and repair work of the stores, ensure the store conditions meet company standards, in Hong Kong, Macau and South East Asia
• Visit the Hong Kong & Macau stores regularly, help the store managers to identify the problems and find solutions to solve the maintenance issues on time
• Responsible for window set up arrangements of above stores, follow up the set up in store to meet quality standards

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up daily maintenance requests from stores according to company operational procedure
• Coordinate all aspects of maintenance work’s arrangement
• Coordinate all aspects of window installation work’s arrangement
• Liaise with vendors & suppliers directly/ indirectly
• Visit the stores and inspect the store condition according to company standards timely; travelling to the markets is required
• Follow up and monitor maintenance and window installation progress, ensure overall compliance with company standards; occasional night work is required during window installation
• Continuously monitor maintenance costs to meet financial requirements
• Identify, select and negotiate prices with external contractors/vendors for maintenance works
• Process orders and payments applications
• Assist Project Team in project coordination and relevant activities
• Support the sourcing of vendors and materials

Job Qualifications & Specifications

• University Degree in related disciplines
• A minimum of 2-year relevant experience, preferably from construction/ interior design/ retail
• Strong in technical skills or steep learning curve in relevant specifications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and result oriented
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
