Responsibilities:

• Report to Operation Manager;
• Responsible for coordinate and support daily operations;
• Follow-up projects or sales orders which is not limit to communicate with different stakeholders or related parties;
• Assist in preparing documents and reports;
• Participate in administrative and ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above;
• At least 3 years’ working experience in order follow-up; manufacturing or merchandizing background is preferred but not essential;
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination skills;
• Good interpersonal skill, able to communicate with English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
