The Job:

• Procure, plan and manage raw material inventory.
• Assist in product packaging materials sourcing.
• Coordinate with customer service department on schedule commitments, customer special requests and shipment scheduling.
• Communicate with factories on a daily basis to ensure on time delivery of goods to each customer.
• Release production schedule per item to factories and monitor day to day deliveries.
• Resolve production issues and devise plans to minimize shipment delays.
• Prepare and co-ordinate sign samples for production control. Despatch sales samples to customers.
• Assist in other tasks as required by Production Planning Supervisor.

The Candidate:

• Holder of High Certificate / Diploma / Degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in toys industry in production scheduling.
• Possess strong and trouble-shooting ability to meet the production and manufacturing needs.
• Good knowledge of production planning and inventory control.
• Proficient in English and spoken Putonghua.
• Good online computer and mathematical skills.
